Quick & Easy Access To Your Pet's Health Records

Having quick & easy access to your pet-companions health record is a great convenience!

Our app is called MyPetsWellness™ & can be downloaded on both Apple & Android mobile phones.

What Does It Offer?

• See your pets' personal profile that lists their breed, date of birth, & last updated weight.
• Use the "Certificates" option to request documentation of a rabies vaccine that we can fax, email or mail to you.
• Personalize each pet's profile by uploading a picture!
• Review any upcoming scheduled appointments & cancel if needed. (To schedule or reschedule an appointment, you will need to contact the office directly via phone or email.)
• Check 'reminders' for each pet for dates of when vaccines or wellness testing has been done last & when they're due next.
• View all of our office's specific information including business hours, our address, our email, & a link directly to this website.

Here's How To Download:

Apple Users:

1. Simply search "MyPetsWellness" in your app store & choose to download.
2. Once downloaded, open the app & click the option: "Dont have code" at the bottom.
3. Next, enter the same email that we have on file for you, & a code will be sent to that email. (You must use the same email to correctly link your pets).
4. Once received, enter this code into the app. (The code may be in your 'spam' folder. If it takes, too long to receive, try requesting it again.)

Android users:

1. Google search "MyPetsWellness".
2. Choose the link that says "Android app".
3. Scroll to the bottom of that page, and click "Download Android Version".
4. Once downloaded, open the app & click the option, "Dont have code". Enter the same email that we have on file for you, & a code will be sent to that email.(You must use the same email to correctly link your pets).
5. Once received, enter this code into the app. (The code may be in your 'spam' folder. If it takes, too long to receive, try requesting it again.)
